Rick Eisenberg is the Owner and Managing Broker of Wild Roses Real Estate, based in Mancos, Colorado. He has been a full time licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Colorado for more than two decades, where he has helped his clients realize their dream of buying and selling real estate in Colorado, in both up and down markets. Rick enjoys working with locals, second homeowners, and investors alike.  He knows that no two real estate transactions are similar, and brings years of seasoned skills to the table to ensure that his clients are well represented. Rick sees working with his clients as a partnership and aims to be your trusted real estate consultant and advisor for the Southwest Colorado/Four Corners region.

Rick lives with his partner Naomi in a renovated 1893 Victorian home bordering the Mancos River at the edge of downtown Mancos. He currently serves on the board, and as Treasurer of the Mancos Creative District.

Prior to moving to the beautiful Mancos Valley, Rick lived and sold real estate in Summit County, CO where he served on the board while chairing the investment committee of the Summit Association of Realtors and was appointed as a Director for the Colorado Association of Realtors.  He was an original member of the Breckenridge Open Space Commission, where he helped craft the open space master plan and set policy for the for newly formed commission.
